Glacial Cathedrals was written in the Fall of 2013, and it symbolizes the sheer beauty and powerful presence of the glaciers found in the Arctic and Antartic. However, for all their magnificence, they are quickly disappearing due to rising temperatures around the globe.
Hence, this work serves as an epitaph to this incredible product of nature's handiwork, and it also serves as a reminder to all of us that the beautiful and inspiring things in nature need protection. It is our responsibility to our planet and future generations to ensure their continued existence.
